    Whatever your high purity welding needs, be it a large order or the one-off part, we invite the challenge. We encourage being involved in the layout of the weld preps and process. Once set up is designed, multiple orders can be produced efficiently, and in a timely manner, whether using our weld lathes or the orbitals. We have extensive experience with Hastelloy, Stainless and Nickel alloys. We work with tubing diameters of .062” to 6” regularly.

    We build a custom fixture for each part manufactured. This assures for proper set up, gas coverage and weld repeatability. The weld procedure written for each weld in conjunction with the fixturing is documented electronically. This process not only assures the consistency of the weld across parts, but it will also QAQC the components before the weld is made. Another built in process to create consistency and repeatability.

Our documentation packages, as required by the pharmaceutical industry, are comprehensive and exceed pharmaceutical standards. We provide all documentation electronically. We have the capability to produce the one-off part or the production runs.

    With the critical nature of new delivery methods, the need for highly polished, low Ra tubing as well as sub-assemblies necessary to deliver the myriad of gases are understood. Industry requirements for smaller diameters pose no issues.

    DPW's uses our in house Fiber Laser to execute part serialization and Tag numbers. We can create engraving marks and annealing marks on a single plane, and with rotary capabilities on raw and anodized Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Kovar, Knife steels, and More.
